The tapioca pearls look like bubbles floating at the bottom, giving rise to the name ‘Bubble Tea’. This delicious beverage became widely popular in Asian countries. The Bubble Tea market grew in the United States and European countries when the Asians started travelling to these regions and introduced the Bubble Tea recipe to the foreign lands.
