Bring water to a boil.
Add three tbsp of "Tea" in the "Tea Strainer" for every one-cup of water. A ratio of (3:1) (Tea: Water).
Remove "Tea Strainer" after 3-4 minutes.

Note: Not all Bubble Tea flavours goes along with Tea so go with your own preferences. If unsure, use all water base instead of Tea. It will be your best bet.

Sugar Syrup

1 cup of Water
1/2 cup of White Sugar
1/2 Brown Sugar

Boil water at High temperature in a pot.
Add all ingredients.
Stir evenly and remove from grill when "Sugar Syrup" reaches to a boil.
Turn off heat and let the "Sugar Syrup" cool down to room temperature.

Note: You can use household "Honey Syrup" as a substitution for "Sugar Syrup" just dilute the Honey Syrup to its liquid form. Also store leftover "Sugar Syrup" in an airtight container to use at a later time.

For approximately 5-6 servings (5-6 16oz. Drinks)

1 cup of Tapioca Pearls
7 cups of Water
Boil water in a large pot at High temperature.
Add Tapioca Pearls in boiling water with cover off for better visibility.
Boil for approximately 25-30 minutes.
It's normal to see "Tapioca Pearls" floating in water.
Stir occasionally to prevent Pearls from sticking to together.
Turn off heat after elapsed time and let the pot settle at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Rinse the "Tapioca Pearls" in warm water and drain the water into a large bowl. Add, "Sugar Syrup" or alternatively "Honey Syrup". Make sure to evenly stir the Tapioca Pearls in either solution. Tapioca Pearls have the tendency to stick to each other.
